I'm sorry what? Crowley stood there in the doorway, gaping, as the kid who now wasn't a kid changed before his very eyes. Were Theta an angel or a demon this wouldn't have been so shocking but other beings didn't usually transform so entirely and completely.
"That's different," he lifted an eyebrow while glancing out of the bedroom door to see if there was an angel lurking there who could make sense of this. "You went from young to old and skipped everything in between? You can do that?"

Once Theta is old he shapeshifts into someone else entirely.
There is consent muffled screaming as someone shifts though regenerations; including this face for the first time and Bowtie.
Finally, after being a woman he's this face again.
"Yeah. I can."

Aziraphale was in the other room, reading, but then suddenly their young houseguest started screaming.
"Oh! Gosh. So that's where the Doctor went. Are you all right? Do you need us to help you, somehow?"
He's never seen anything quite like this, but he's definitely seen a lot of weird things, so he remains relatively unruffled.

He answered automatically and without an ounce of intended humor about it. The transformations themselves had been many and varied but those screams, well, he wasn't rattled. Not in the least! See how cool he is?

Aziraphale at least has his miraculous powers available to him, so he snaps his fingers, conjuring a nice little tea tray complete with a steaming pot, a cup and saucer, and cream and sugar in case the Doctor wants that.

The Doctor beams and takes the cup and saucer, "I need my original clothes." The Doctor remarks being completely in the nude because he outgrew the clothes he has on. "Probably at my castle."
"Going to be a long walk to the castle dressed like that."
What? He was looking after a kid here. Surely his obligation ends once the kid is grown up? That's what humans do! The little guys grow up and are immediately shipped off to college.
And don't start with those disapproving looks! You know what disapproving looks do to him! UGH! In overly dramatic demonic fashion and with no one doing more to prompt him than pull a face or two Crowley gave in.
"Fine... I might have something you can wear until you get your old things back. We're probably the same size, we're the same everything else." A pause before popping out of the room to grab a few things, "You won't be changing again while I'm gone? You don't have a few dozen more people in there to shift into?"

"Just because he's an adult again doesn't mean we can't help him out," Aziraphale says rather quellingly. He gives a satisfied sort of hum as Crowley acquiesces. Crowley is always so obliging to him - always has been. Except that One Time that he hopes never to have to relive.
"Though, that is rather a good question, my dear Doctor. Are you going to remain in this form?"
Changing form isn't especially surprising to Aziraphale - he could change his form, if he wanted to. He just generally doesn't. He likes his corporation the way it is.

"I'm sure I'm done changing." He does wonder if he can regenerate anymore. "Yes, I'm going to remain in this form." The Doctor didn't have any desire to change back to another face. However, the cold sweats remain because he relived all of his deaths but trying to pretend nothing is wrong.
That being the case Crowley disappeared for a moment to go rummage about in his own closet and pick out something. It was a simple button up shirt and a pair of jeans which were too tight to be reasonable but that's the way Crowley liked them. In black, naturally. These were tossed at the Doctor.
"You were the kid the whole time?" Obviously right but still, one had to ask, "And what was with quick change act, all those faces? Some times its hard to settle into just the one face?"

On the night of the 24th the quiet flapping of wings could be heard outside as Arrakis delivered his gifts. He didn’t have his wind magic anymore so he couldn’t silence his approach completely as he quietly placed a box next to the door. He stifled a small shiver. By the goddess it got cold at night. He had more gifts to deliver though so he turned to leave. If you are fast you might catch him before he takes to the skies again.
Inside the box is a card written in fancy calligraphy:

Also inside the box is a star shaped music box that plays the gallifreyan lullaby he learned from the Doctor, that way he can be comforted by the song whenever he needs it. Along with the music box is a small bag of homemade spicy chocolates shaped into stars, with hints of cinnamon and orange.
