Sorry. No, not human. Not quite the same as dad exactly either, but close. You could say I'm a bit like a copy of what dad is. Same DNA and all, but not exact either. It gets a bit complicated for most to understand all the details. Best comparison most understand is clone, but I'm not quite that either since I'm obviously not an exact copy.

At one point it was the shining stars of the seven systems. Because you're right, even with the dome, it's warm and inviting looking with the nature that surrounds it.

Oh, and blimey, here's the tea.

[The Doctor pours hot water into three mugs.]

She's a Time Lord, yes.

[Chise accepted the tea with a polite thank you, listening intently to Jenny's explanation.]

I... think I understand. Even so, you are still family.

[She smiled softly as she looked down at her steaming cup.]

But... what is a Time Lord? I don't think I've heard that term before...

You know, that was is better off with dad explaining it.

[She picks up one of the mugs, holding it with a smile for the moment while she leans back against one of the free walls.]

[Chise blinked slowly for a few moments as her brain worked to process.]

"Oh... ok." [Taking a sip of tea.] "So you... control time? Or can control how it works? And you have your own language for doing so...?"

[It didn't seem that foreign of a concept to her - after all, she had been suddenly brought into a world of mages and magic, regardless of her background.]
