1. Who is the person your character is most bonded with from their canon? Or who is someone they miss the most? spoilers for The Giggle
Yaz is the most current important person to The Doctor, as she chooses to have ice cream with Yaz, while they look at planet Earth as The Doctor is dying. However, Clara, Amy, Jack, Martha Rose, Donna, Sarah Jane, Adric, Mel, Wilfred Every companion is important to The Doctor. Fourteen remarks how he loved Sarah Jane, and complains to a UNIT agent how Donna cant remember him or she will die. Thankfully, there was a loophole and Donna didnt have to die and gets to have some extra adventures with The Doctor. This is very important to Fourteen as this rarely happens. Fourteen is glad to see Mel again, and she's been since The Doctor's Sixth life when he was put on trial by The Time Lords.

3. What is their weakness? Emotionally, mentally and physically?
Emotionally: Spoiler for The Giggle
The Doctor, particularly this face of his, blames himself when he can’t save everyone. Somehow that is his fault. Even if he can’t and won’t control free will. Sometimes, it is because someone wasn’t clever enough. There was a way somehow to save everyone and just didn’t think of it.
Someone isn’t brave enough to say, ‘I love you’. Even if someone clearly uses body language and verbal flirting to indicate, otherwise.
Losing Rose, took an extreme emotional toll on The Doctor and fogged his better judgment, and lost his humanity. Losing Amy, River Song, Bill, all affected the Doctor in a negative ways. Basically, no matter how old someone is or what face The Doctor is wearing, losing someone who matters still throws The Doctor into a downward spiral. We see this with Donna too. Fourteen has a rare chance to meet a companion again and dodges over her because of her remembering him, she will die. And it hurts him deeply to have to avoid Donna Noble.
Hearing someone call out for Rose, made him look around for Rose Tyler but it was actually Donna's daughter.
When The Doctor chooses to go alone in the end, being completely isolated, was his downfall. He lost his humanity and problem-solving become completely logical.
Even if Fourteen is over two thousands years old, once again he is emotionally a human teenager and does make the pitfalls of one. Given that, The Doctor hasn’t had this range of emotion in any of his other regenerations.
Physically: Spoilers for Power of The Doctor and The Giggle
When The Doctor is superhuman, he does still have some weaknesses. Such as, being killed while he’s regenerating. For instance, having an entire building collapse on them and thus, dying before being able to regenerate. Certain poisons are not found on Earth. Human things such as aspirin and Nitrous oxide, this was the cause of death for the Seventh Doctor. Keep in mind that physiology is different from humans and physiology isn’t abilities per se, like having two hearts or being adapted to coming from a non-Earth planet, that is very dry and hot.
However, the lack of superhuman endurance will be the weak point. For instance, rather than a slow death after being zapped by a Dalek. The Doctor would die on spot. Radiation was a cause of death for his Third face. With his ability of endurance being downgraded, being stuck by lighting will kill him now. The Doctor having to sleep and eat, more regularly will also be due to a lack of super-human endurance. Sleeping and eating, The Doctor, only typically does after having just regenerated. He won’t be able to endlessly run and not get tired.
*Some Earth poisons can still kill him. Such as cyanide. But if The Doctor can get walnuts, something salty, and a shock, his alien organs can dispatch the toxication. Otherwise, he will die and he has to do it within a few minutes. Game poisons are fair game for death.
His fear of death channels physically twice in canon. Ten also cheats regeneration, by using the hand-in-the-jar to become the same face as his. Before, regenerating into the next Doctor. Now, quite possibly why this happened, recently.
However this version of the Doctor ends up accepting his death rather than trying to fight that and obsessing on why this face again. Donna comments that The Doctor changed into this face again 'to come home' or 'to say goodbye'

The Doctor can hold himself together, better than emotionally but he still has things that can get under his skin. For instance, he suffers from PTSD from having gone through war, which went on for 900 years in linear time. Rose encouraged his Ninth face away from guns, now, Ten won’t do guns and those trigger him. The Doctor also suffers from Survivor’s Guilt, from being the lone survivor of Gallifrey. Usually, The Doctor can keep this under wraps, unless a gun is used to defend him. Then the growling begins. There are expectations, after a lot of pressure, he will, in fact, hold a gun.
The Flux and how that ended The Doctor is also upset on how someone didnt resolve that properly. He is also obsessed over the Toymaker and how to handle the 'rule of fun' physics. The rule of fun physics is basically being destructive with fun. To only been mocked later by a puppet version of The Doctor saying, "I thought I was clever."

Fourteen questions, "Take away the toys" being the Tardis and sonic screwdriver, "What am I?" And questions to himself if he's clever and then gets a puppet mocking him about that very thing.
He may be emotionally a teenager but mentally he is over 2000 years old. This is due to the fact that 15 points out that 14 doesn't take time out to rehab after all the adventures that have happened. That 14 needs to have quieter life.
Death is another way to have him mentally snap, but it takes quite a few deaths, that he considers his fault, before he decides to become his Time Lord Victorious and attempts to make everyone in the universe, immortal. Part of his Time Lord Victorious is also The Doctor trying to prevent his own forewarning of death from happening.
Rose is another trigger, The Doctor will either become fierce or look to see who saying they are Rose. The Doctor also misses Clara, Amy, Bill, River Song etc, The Doctor grieves all his loses.

The Doctor doesn’t care what form his friends are. It’s all about their character, personality, and intellect, with a bit of spark. They remind him to keep his humanity, hold his hand, get in a bit of trouble with him, the light in the darkness, have a sense of humor, a good personality mesh, be all right with The Doctor changing his face, help bring out the best in each other, and be loyal. And good at snogging. He likes a good snog. And most importantly, they are his friends first. He is also touchy feely with have a lover, because, The Doctor wants someone who will not die on them.
